Treatments to assist

Chronic Fatigue

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is typically explained as extreme fatigue which does not improve with rest.

CFS can be triggered by a range of factors such as viral infections, immune disorders or hormone imbalances. While chronic fatigue can have a significant impact on the daily life of the sufferer, there are a variety of treatments aiding relief from symptoms.

Rapid and extreme changes in temperature can offer relief of the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome when exposed to -130°C to shock the body’s temperature receptors, creating a rapid increase in circulation and oxygenation of the blood.

Infrared Sauna

Infrared Sauna is an easy, gentle way to assist with chronic fatigue symptoms. A recent study found that CFS sufferers who regularly used infrared sauna reported significant decreases in fatigue.

In addition, negative mood, including anxiety and depression, improved greatly after therapy.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy

HBOT is known to help in the reduction of inflammation, improve blood circulation as well as boosting the immune system and overall energy levels.

A study by the Hyperbaric Medical Society found that Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy decreases the severity of symptoms and increases the quality of life for people who suffer from CFS.

Wet Therapy

The use of contrasting temperature therapies is a common theme when treating the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome with our cold and hot magnesium pools.

Not only does the temperature create similar improvements in blood circulation and energy levels, but the high magnesium concentration also assists with physical pain, often reported by CFS sufferers.
